Lavc campus is a two-year public college located in the heart of the San Fernando Valley, a thriving suburb of Los Angeles. Lavc campus was founded in 1949, LA Valley College is a 105-acre urban oasis located just minutes away from Hollywood, Beverly Hills, downtown Los Angeles map, and the beaches of Santa Monica, Malibu, and major motion picture and television studios. The beautiful park-like lavc campus is also well known as is the first community college in California to be a Tree Campus USA.

Lavc campus is also one of largest of the campuses in the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD). LAVC is also known for exceptional vocational programs in Registered Nursing, Fire Technology and Respiratory Therapy.
